This wine is produced trought vineyards with more than 70 years, where the grapes are totally “stepped” by foot and then aged in large wood deposits. This Niepoort presents itself as a powerful wine produced only with grapes harvested at Pisca, Vale do Pinhão and Ferrão vineyards, perfect to be served with egg-based desserts like a delicious sponge cake.
