Inspired on the Tweedle twins of “Alice in Wonderland” Niepoort Ruby Dum is a Port wine that ages in large wood deposits for about 3 years before being bottled. With a vibrant red colour and aromas of fresh fruit, is a wine very easy to appreciate. This Niepoort Ruby DUm is now avaiable in a bottle of 37.5cl for you to enjoy in a romantic dinner with your wife or girlfriend.
It is a wine that goes really well with dark chocolate desserts and smoother cheeses. In the mouth is a young, fruity and very sweet Wine. Produced from grape varieties of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinto Cão, Tinta Francisca, Tinta Amarela, Sousão and Tinta Roriz.

Niepoort Harvest 2005 is a Port wine produced in the Vale de Mendiz wine cellar, where the grapes were "stepped" and then aged in Vila Nova de Gaia cellars in barrels of 550 litres. It is a wine that features a dark red-brick with brownish shades. Its aroma is quite clean, fresh and elegant with delicate nuances of dried fruits and spices.
