Niepoort Harvest 2001 is a long and complex wine, with flavours of fresh fruit and spices, a very lively acidity and a long, elegant finish. The 2001 year allowed a slow maturation of the grapes, as it had a hot summer, which has originated the production of fresh and elegant wines.
