Krohn Vintage 2003 comes from a unique harvest of old wines grape varieties. The grapes were harvested manually, and after that they were crushed by foot. The process of fermentation was only interrupted in order to add grape spirit. This wine is bottled two years after the harvest, altrought, the ageing process lasts for many years in the bottle. With this process, the taste and aroma characteristics are preserved due to low contact with the atmosphere.
