Kopke Vintage 2012 is made from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz grape varieties. The grapes were harvested manually, and then, they were crushed by foot. The wine making process ocurred in the granit mills, with the controlled temperature between 28 and 30 degrees, this process is only interrupted in order to add wine spirit.
