On the palate it presents itself as refined and elegant Port Wine, with a good structure and firm, well integrated tannins, with a long and delicious aftertaste. Kopke Harvest 2001 is a wine with a great aging capacity so you can save it a few more years before opening it. Its aging in oak barrels provided the wine spicy aromas. Perfect to serve with several types of cheeses, nuts and dried apricots.
