Graham’s Ne Oublie

The Symington family has released a limited edition of one of the most magnificent creations so far from Graham’s: Ne Oublie.

There are only 656 bottles of a Port that dates back to 1882, the year when Andrew James Symington’s great-grandfather arrived to Portugal.

It is impossible to remain indifferent to the aromas of camphor, caramel, hazelnuts, chocolate, currants and feel an incredible freshness nothing typical of a Port with more than 130 years, in which sugar, tannins and alcohol seem to have evaporated.

More than a wine, Ne Oublie is a piece of art.

The Symington family labelled this “Ne Oublie” wine not just for the family motto but for the company where Andrew Symington began his career. A name that reflects the respect and commitment in the Symington family with its Portuguese descendants, with the Douro and Porto.

Only one of the three barrels was used for the bottling of this magnificent Port. The remaining two will be stored for the next generation of the family.

The 656 bottles were individually numbered and bottled in hand-crafted crystal decanter bottles by one of the most respected manufacturers in Portugal, Atlantis. Three sterling silver bands were inserted by the Scottish brand Silversmiths Hayward & Stott. This luxurious decanter comes in a sophisticated leather case, produced by the British brand Smythson of Bond Street. The Port Graham’s Ne Oublie is the junction of the magnificent work of the best artisans of Portugal, Scotland and England, the three countries where the Symington family descends.
