Ageing Period:
Aged for 24 months in oak casks and then in bottles for several years.
Winemaking Process:
Quinta da Senhora da Ribeira has one of the most advanced ‘specialized’ wineries of the High Douro region, which combines granite mills and trod by foot with three innovating ‘robotic’ wine mills installed in 2001.
