Dalva Ruby Reserve is the result of the blend of several harvests, being approved by the Panel of Tasters ‘ of the Port Wine Institute. It has a quality superior to a normal Ruby. The title of ‘ Vintage Character ‘ was banned by the Port Wine Institute in 2002.

This wine has an intense red colour, a vibrant aroma of forest fruits such as blackberries and cranberry, reaviling itself as as young, smooth, balanced and juicy. It is recommended to stored it in a cool, dark place in an upright position. The evolutionary capacity of this wine is slow and can be kept for several years. Should be served at a temperature around 16 and 18ºc and is ideal to serve it with cheeses, chocolate or wild berries desserts.
