The Cockburn’s Quinta dos Canais Vintage 2006 is a wine of intense Ruby and opaque colour, with aromas of ripe dark fruits and a touch of dark chocolate. In the mouth is a full-bodied wine and with fruty aromas of berries.

This wine should be stored horizontally in a dark place and with a temperature between 12ºC and 16ºC.
Produced from Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca varieties, this wine is very full-bodied and with a dry, long finish. An ideal wine to be served with creamier cheeses, various types of desserts or enjoyed by itself.

Deep ruby black with narrow purple rim. A nose of wonderfully pure, vibrant red fruit, with crisp aromas of cranberry, raspberry and cherry and lively notes of plum and apricot. Emerging in turn from behind this curtain of fresh fruit are spicy aromas of black pepper and nutmeg, warm notes of mocha and scents of cedar wood and balsamic herbs. In contrast, the palate is voluptuous, with dense, mouth filling tannins providing both body and firmness and a thick coulis of black woodland fruit that flows into the endless finish. Although the first impression is of an ethereal purity, the wine develops an intricate complexity in the glass and displays the powerful but beautifully integrated tannins which are a hallmark of the vintage.

2007 Vintage Port whose spirit is unconditionally Portuguese, visible in the sharpness of the cherry liquor, in the very ripe fruit that gives it the opaque purplish-red colour.
Like any other Ramos Pinto, this 2007 Vintage Port is no exception in presenting a full-bodied palate, with structured and strong tannins that give it great ageing ability.
Nonetheless, this wine is at the same time subtle and very sweet, sensation intuitively transmitted by the ripe fruit.
Violets, fennel and ripe red berries accentuated aromas; dark chocolate and pepper notes.
