Many Port wines were born at Quinta da Gaivosa and among grape varieties like Tinta Francisca, Touriga Franca, Tinto Cão, Sousão and others, it has born the Caldas Ruby Special Reserve Port wine. A Port with the aroma of black plums and dried figs along with a diverse set of spices. Balanced yet quite complex and with a strong structure.

The Caldas Ruby Special Reserve Port is aged for four years and is fermented with indigenous yeasts at a temperature between 24-28ºc for 3 to 4 days, suffering an interruption with brandy at 77º V / V. Prizes: Producer of the Year in Portugal in 2006 and Producer of the Year in Portugal in 1999.
