Burmester Vintage 2007 possesses a dark red color. It has an rich and delicate aroma, marked with the presence of dry fruits, spices and dark chocolat. Burmester Vintage 2007 is made from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz grape varieties. The grapes were harvested manually and then crushed by foot. The fermentation process ocurres in granit mills, and it is only interrupted in order to add grape spirit. The ageing proces is made in the oak barrels for maximum seven years.
