This is a Vintage Port for early consumption, a wine full of blackberry aromas and a floral touch; a second, very intense Fonseca's wine. A good alternative that you will wish to find out for yourself. Bottled in 2000
The Quinta de Roriz Vintage 2007 is a Port that has fermented only with natural yeasts. All the grapes were harvested by hand and "stepped" by the foot at the Quinta's wood vats. This wine aged for 19 months in oak casks before being bottled without any filtering or clarification.
Warre's Vintage 1985 is a very dark Vintage Port, wide with smooth and firm tannins.
Strong Port with fruit and wild flowers flavours and aromas, and dark chocolate and plum notes.
Hot aftertaste and spiced out of the ordinary, as if chewy.
Highly concentrated Port that is rich, even honey flavoured, full-bodied and intense.
